The staff found my neckties that I had left in the closet. I returned two weeks later and they had kept my belongings. Alexandra at the front desk was especially helpful. The location is convenient to many places.
The room did not have enough outlets to charge multiple devices simultaneously. I needed to take turns charging all devices.

the location was central and a short walk from the beach. the room had a view of the garden and i could hear birds in the morning. the staff at the front desk were helpful , especially cyril , who spoke english well.
the room felt dated and had a slight mold smell. the bathroom door was missing a piece and needed repair. the air conditioning was an old unit without remote temperature control.

The hotel is in a very central area. I found the 24-hour front desk helpful. My single room had a good size. The staff were very helpful to a solo female traveler , and I felt safe in this area.
My shower did not work properly , a cleaning list in hotels should include shower heads. My room had not been renovated , so it looked dated. Many other rooms were renovated , but I did not stay in one of them.
